DUROFER^®-Process

CECONTROL: is an environment-friendly, non-cyanide regenerator. To be used only with the base salts CECONTROL 50 H, 80B and 110B. To ensure that the process is carried out correctly, the regenerator is added to the salt bath by an automatic feed-in system.

CECONTROL 50 H: is used in special cases as a shallow carburizing salt to obtain a surface carbon content of about 0.5 % C. It does not contain cyanide and is used as a base salt and as a replenishing salt, only in combination with the CECONTROL regenerator. Suitable for martempering.

CECONTROL 80 B: is used for obtaining a surface carbon content of about 0.8 % C and CECONTROL 110B for obtaining a surface carbon content of about 1.1 % C. Both salts do not contain cyanide and are used as base salts and replenishing salts, only in combination with the CECONTROL regenerator. Suitable for martempering.
