Popular one-salt systems

CECONSTANT 80 and CECONSTANT 110 are used in accordance with the salts for the DUROFER® process as one-salt systems for carburizing to obtain surface carbon contents of about 0.8 % C and 1.1 % C.

CECONSTANT baths are suitable for martempering.

Popular two-salt systems

The traditional, extremely economical, two-salt systems round off the carburizing bath product line. Depending on requirements, different surface carbon contents can be obtained with these baths. Depending on how the baths are used, these salt baths are suitable for martempering.
